Ready to Feel Comfortable in your Body? Feel confident this summer! Take the time out of your day, each day (Sundays can be rest day) to workout with Kelstar!
Upper Body, Lower Body, Choice of Cardio Dance or Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Booty, Full Body, Abs, Core and KELSTAR KARDIO Classes!

What is this?

An 8 Week Program with access to Kelstar's Pre-Recorded Classes! You will receive a schedule to help you know what class(es) to take each day. 


What will you receive?

A Schedule of your Workouts, Workout Videos you will be able to access forever, Grocery List, Meal Prep Pages, Meal Ideas/Recipes, Access to communicate with Kelstar, a Healthy Body :)


Fitness Level?

All levels are welcome! The first two weeks are somewhat beginner and about 30-40 minutes a day of exercise. You will progress every two weeks to challenge yourself, and by the end of this program you should be up to 60 minutes of exercise a day!


When you Take a Before & After Photo you will receive a free Kelstar Kardio Tank or T-shirt!

The next 8 weeks you may need an extra push through this program! This support group will maximize your progress and hold you to do all your workouts! Daily communication with Kelsey and other fellow fitness goers, and even addional tips to help you! WIX is the app you will use to make sure you are doing everything you can to become the best version of yourself!
